At KPD Community Living, we deliver a complete care pathway built around safe, stable and supportive homes. Each service is designed to offer the right environment, structure and support for people at different stages of their lives.
Supported Living

Safe, community-based homes for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and 18-25 transitions.
Our Supported Living model focuses on:

Children's Homes
(WIP)
Therapeutic homes for children and young people who require stability, safety and consistent care.
Our model will provide:

Domiciliary Care
(WIP)​
Flexible support for people living in their own homes across Gloucestershire.
Planned services include:
